John is the CEO and a Founder of Cornerstone Commercial Investments.
He is a seasoned investment professional with over 33 years of experience in all facets of the real estate business. He has broad experience navigating the inner workings of real estate investment strategically financing, building, and transforming commercial and residential assets to maximize growth, value, and income for clients and investors.
As a commercial and residential lender, John has assisted over 5,000 clients in achieving their real estate investment goals. Stepping away from behind his desk, John shares his industry insights by conducting training workshops and seminars for real estate professionals and investors, and is proud to mentor young professionals entering the field, including his children who work with him at Cornerstone. He is a Pepperdine University graduate, holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License, and is a Certified Mortgage Planner.
In his free time, John is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying big game conservation, fly fishing, and skiing. He also possesses the distinction of having earned the rank of Eagle Scout.

He brings a wealth of experience in professional sales, project management, and business development, spanning various industries including real estate, leadership, and research. John is a proud graduate of Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, where he met his wife.
His real estate journey extends beyond the conventional, involving hands-on experience in apartment renovations and property management. In addition to his broad expertise in a variety of business sectors, John holds Real Estate licenses in Idaho and California. With Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty for four years, John’s performance was among the top 3% of agents worldwide. In his role at Cornerstone, he actively collaborates with Coldwell Banker Commercial and Schneidmiller Realty, solidifying his presence and influence in the real estate landscape.
When not negotiating investment deals, you will find John enjoying the outdoors, most often on the links. He also enjoys traveling, fishing, and cooking.

Sarah is the Business Development and Investor Relations Coordinator at Cornerstone Commercial Investments.
Before turning to the business world, Sarah was a force to be reckoned with as a Division 1 Women’s Water Polo student-athlete at the University of California, Irvine. While there, Sarah earned degrees in Urban Planning and Psychology & Social Behavior with a minor in Management.
With a solid foundation of determination, self-discipline, hard work, team-play, and focus built over fifteen years of competitive athletics, Sarah has employed those traits to hone her skills in the field of real estate investment. As part of the Cornerstone team, she brings this same passion for excellence to the table.
Sarah’s professional journey has included stints in competitor and market research, marketing campaigns, event organization, and branding initiatives. In her current role, she takes the reins in managing the investor path from start to finish, ensuring clients witness the positive results of multi-family investing.
Sarah continues to enjoy an active life, indulging her interests in cooking, skiing, wake surfing, fly fishing, and traveling whenever she gets the opportunity.

As a resident of Central Oregon for the past 28 years, Tom has cultivated strong ties to both the community and his clients. His journey in real estate began as a general contractor overseeing a diverse range of projects including custom homes, remodels, spec homes, and multi-family and light commercial ventures. Having successfully completed over 250 projects, he seamlessly transitioned into real estate and land development, leveraging his expertise in construction, marketing, selling, and client satisfaction.
Tom holds a BA in Organizational Communications from Pepperdine University, earned in 1993. Following his college career, he moved to Central Oregon to fulfill his dream of living in a vibrant community that embraces the outdoor lifestyle, a love he shares with his fellow Eagle Scouts at Cornerstone.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Tom is a family man, sharing 24 years of marriage with his wife and raising three wonderful children. His adult daughter has followed in his footsteps joining the real estate industry, while his twin boys finish navigating high school.

Jessie Eagen has been CEO of Eagen Real Estate since its inception in 2002. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial and land entitlement, brokerage, and sales. Prior to starting Eagen Real Estate Mr. Eagen was consistently a top producing commercial and residential broker in the Missoula Market. Over the past 10 years, he has managed over $200 million in sales and entitlement. He graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Montana.
