As a commercial and residential lender, John has served over 5,000 clients to reach their real estate investment goals. Currently, John serves as CEO & Founder of Cornerstone Commercial Investments, an investment & management firm specializing in the syndication, management, and advisory of multi-family commercial properties catering to niche rental housing markets. John has developed and conducted many training workshops and seminars for real estate professionals and investors. John graduated from Pepperdine University, holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License, and is a Certified Mortgage Planner

John S. Nichols

John’s experience in professional sales and business development encompasses real estate, insurance, promotional sales, as well as leadership and research. John is a graduate of Baylor University from the Hankamer School of Business. John’s real estate experience also includes apartment renovations and property management. Currently, John serves as Business Development Manager of Cornerstone Commercial Investments, a management firm specializing in the property management and advisory of multi family commercial properties catering to niche rental housing markets.  John holds an Idaho Real Estate License and is active with Coldwell Banker Commercial and Schneidmiller Realty.

Tom Nichols

28 Year resident of Central Oregon building strong ties to the community and clients. Tom’s real estate career started as general contractor building custom homes, remodels and the spec homes as well as multi-family and light commercial. With well over 250 projects completed successfully he naturally transferred into real estate and land development with a firm foundation in construction, marketing, selling and client satisfaction. Tom works tirelessly building client and industry relationships. He graduated with a BA in Organizational Communications from Pepperdine University in 1993. Immediately after his college career he moved to Central Oregon to pursue his dream of living in a thriving community that loves the outdoor lifestyle.

Tom is loved by his wife of 24 years and 3 wonderful children. One adult daughter is also in the real estate industry as well as twin boys in high school. There is never a dull moment in their house!

Jessie Eagen

Jessie Eagen has been CEO of Eagen Real Estate since its inception in 2002. He has over 25 years of experience in commercial and land entitlement, brokerage, and sales. Prior to starting Eagen Real Estate Mr. Eagen was consistently a top producing commercial and residential broker in the Missoula Market. Over the past 10 years, he has managed over $200 million in sales and entitlement. He graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of Montana.

Sarah Nichols

Business Development, Investor Relations Coordinator

Sarah is a former Division 1 Women’s Water Polo student-athlete from the University of
California, Irvine. She majored in Urban Planning, Psychology & Social
Behavior with a minor in Management. She finished her collegiate career with a Big West
Conference Championship victory and an NCAA Championships Quarterfinal appearance.
After participating in competitive athletics for fifteen years, Sarah gained valuable experience
working with high level teams and handling high stress, “big game” situations. Sarah brings her
passion for the ethics of teamwork, determination, and hard work to the Cornerstone team.
Her previous professional experience is in competitor and market research, marketing
campaigns, event organization, and branding initiatives. Sarah now serves as Business Development and Investor Relations Coordinator with Cornerstone Commercial Investments and manages the investor path from start to finish, ensuring that clients see the positive results of multi-family investing.

Following graduation, she moved with her fiancé to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho to be near family,
start her career in multi-family real estate development, and enjoy the beautiful Pacific
